When I came onto the WorldHistory.com project it was serving roughly 500 unique hits a day and suffered from extreme disorganization. I used semantic CSS and XHTML to structure the search results in a user friendly way.

By the end of the project the site was delivering over 500,000 unique hits a day and was XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant.
