My work with Avon primarily consisted of design and implmenting new ways to display and aggregate the massive amount of data from the downline reporting engines. I used JavaScript (jQuery) to unobstrusively grab DOM elements and manipulate them to better present data.

I was also in charge of redesigning the menu system to be more user friendly and intuitive by means of focus group study and implementation.
